LOAN AGREEMENTS
Provide Security for:
- Cash Loans between business parties and or individual’s to business.
- To Secure Unpaid Present Entitlements (UPE’s).
Product is Commonly known as an All PAAP’s.
Supply a CAC Loan Agreement and Security Deed for the benefit of a Secured party lending to the borrower – the “Grantor” party. These can be associated entities or third parties at arms length.
HIRE AGREEMENTS
For security of long term hire of equipment between Asset Holder and hirer; being a related entity or third party.
Supply a legal Hire Agreement, which establishes the secured party and the grantor.
EQUIPMENT REGISTRATIONS
Often used in conjunction with Hire Agreement and for individual assets where authority exits between the secured party and the grantor.
- Evaluate the Asset Register.
- Identify those assets with Value’s that require a security registration.
- Return an Updated asset register.
SERVICE ENTITY AGREEMENTS
To protect the assets of the principle and or individual owner’s interests in the service entity.
- Review the structure and purpose of service entity.
- Prepare appropriate document and PPSA registrations.
TRADE ACCOUNTS
Security Charge over the balance of the trade account of the supplier to the customer
Assess the Terms and Conditions of the trading accounts.
LICENSE AGREEMENTS
Often for protection of IP and License to Utilise operational processes
Provide a license agreement – usually from an Asset Holding entity to an operating entity.
Apply a T&C’s for the purposes of accompanying the Accounts.
